About Me

I have been involved in fitness since I was 4 years old. I studied, practiced, and learned Martial Arts and I still have not stopped. I began to teach and instruct students beneath me from 16 to 27 years old. I then started up my business in personal training and coaching at 27 years old and have continued to do so. Throughout the beginning stages of my career, I knew that I am THE PERSON that people should go to for help in their health and fitness journey. I have taught Taekwondo to kids and adults, small group fitness sessions, and even large classes of 6-20 people at a time. My knowledge and expertise is based on experience and my education in Exercise Science and I continue acquire more knowledge as I continue my own personal growth in the field. I only bring the best, facts, and my undivided attention to the personal needs of my clients.
